Serigraphx will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Current shipping carriers include U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FEDEX. Please note that shipping charges are subject to sales tax according to Washington State law.
Return Policy
We take pride in providing our customers with the best quality product. Custom printed products are of use only to the company or individual that purchased them. Custom ordered products are not returnable for a credit or refund of any kind unless they are defective in material workmanship. Unprinted or blank products purchased through Serigraphx.com may be returnable
only if product is in its original unused condition and with prior approval from Serigraphx. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. There is a 25% restocking fee for any return merchandise. However, if a product is found to be defective no restocking fee will apply.
Exceptions
Shipping charges are not refundable on any order unless the mistake was clearly made by Serigraphx. If this occurs, we will cover the shipping cost as determined at the time of the request. Please contact us prior to any merchandise return.
