How much do you charge to design artwork for me?

The "text" artwork you specify during your online purchase is free. If you want to include a logo or design in addition to text, you must contact us prior to ordering. Oftentimes Serigraphx will not charge you for artwork, but that can only be decided depending on the complexity of the design. Serigraphx will provide you with a quote upfront so that you may make an informed decision on your purchase.

How long does it take to get my order?

A Regular online order (up to 10 shirts with text and single color only) will be shipped within 7-10 days of ordering. More complex jobs (higher quantity, additional colors and additional artwork) may take up to two weeks. If your work requires additional work, you must contact us and request a quote. Once the artwork and a price has been agreed upon, you order will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks. Delivery times are variable depending upon the carrier choice.

Which shipping carrier does Serigraphx use?

USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Why is vinyl printing only used in small orders?

Vinyl printing costs become prohibitive with larger quantities, as it takes considerably more time to produce a finished product. By limiting this order number we are able to offer our customers reasonable pricing.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order. However you may find better pricing with increased order quantity. Please note that ALL orders for less than 10 items will be printed using vinyl !! AND Prints must not consist of more than 2 colors.

How can I send you my artwork?

We prefer to receive artwork via e-mail. However, if you do not have your artwork as a computer graphics file (i.e. Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw, etc.) you may send it via regular mail.
